The Amnesty For Helb Loans repayment has been extended to 7th of July 2013.
All Helb defaulters who pay up their loan during this amnesty period gets a waiver on the accumulated ksh 5,000 (for the period of the loan) which is being charged per month for the default loan.
This is interestingly an amazing deal and any Helb beneficiary who has some cash should not miss
